WM Uploader

How it works

WM Uploader

1. Connect your TikTok account

Press Continue with TikTok. You are taken to TikTok's own sign-in page, where you approve two permissions: read your basic profile, so the studio can show which account you are posting to, and upload video. WM Uploader never sees your password.

2. Upload the video

In the studio, choose a finished video file, up to 100 MB. It goes to temporary storage and TikTok pulls it from there. You see the file, its length and a preview before anything is sent.

3. Write the caption and choose the settings

The studio asks TikTok which options your account allows and shows exactly those: audience, comments, duets, stitches. Options your account has turned off appear greyed out. Nothing is preselected, and the post button stays inactive until you have chosen who can see the video.

4. Publish or save as a draft

Publish sends the post to your profile directly. Save as draft sends the video to your TikTok inbox, where you can finish the post inside the app.

Disclosures

If the video promotes a brand, product or service, tick the commercial content box and say whether it is your own brand or branded content for someone else. If the video was made or heavily edited with AI, tick the AI-generated content box. Both labels are passed to TikTok with the post.

Disconnecting

The Disconnect button in the studio revokes the access token at TikTok and deletes the token and your account identifier from our storage. You can also remove the app in the TikTok app, under Settings and privacy - Security - Manage app permissions.
