The Service

WM Uploader (the "Service") is a free web tool that publishes short videos to your own social media accounts through the official APIs of TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. It is operated by an individual developer (the owner of the Wife Material project, contact wwwiswife@gmail.com). By using the Service you accept these terms.

Your account and your content

You may connect only accounts that belong to you or that you are authorized to manage.
You must own the videos you upload or have the rights to publish them. You are responsible for the content, the caption and the settings you choose, including commercial content disclosures and the AI-generated content label.
Posting through the Service is subject to the rules of the platform you post to, including the TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for spam, automated mass posting, unlawful content, or content that violates the rules of the target platform, and do not attempt to interfere with the Service or access other users' data. The operator may suspend access for abuse.

No warranty

The Service is provided as is, free of charge. The operator does not guarantee that a platform will accept, process or keep a post, and is not liable for lost content, rejected posts or platform actions taken against your account. Your only remedy is to stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts.

YouTube API Services

The Service is an API Client that uses YouTube API Services. Users who connect a YouTube channel agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Privacy Policy describes what data is accessed and how to request its deletion.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
